2026
Wednesday Farm Market
Market will open July 1st, 2026 with expanded hours!
Wednesdays from 11:30am - 4:45 pm July 1st - Mid-October!
This past winter, a long time Farm Market Customer reached out with a story of the produce from the Tribal Farm.
“I recently had a meal of venison tenderloin, beets and squash. I was so happy I could eat a whole meal with nothing bought from the store. The beets were out of the freezer and the squash out of cold storage, both from the Tribal Farm. At Christmas time we had pickled beets, carrots and dilly beans again thanks to your hard work. The green tomatoes I bought and put in a bag to ripen turned out great. I was eating fresh tomatoes until mid-Dec. I did have to freeze some for the future because I had too many ripe at once. I thought that was pretty cool that they lasted so long, they reminded me of you guys and summer! Now I will be using up all the frozen, canned produce and still fresh squash for the remainder of winter. So very cool. I am looking forward to warmer days at the garden.”
Our CSA Pick-Up & Farm Market will be in our new Keek-Oche / From the Earth Farm Building with a PARKING LOT this year!!!

Our previous humble market under tent with chaotic parking was always so beautiful and we loved seeing you each week. For some, it was the first time out to the farm. For many of our loyal market customers, you have patiently dealt with limited parking, short hours, and uneven ground to walk on. We so appreciate everyone joining us and allowing us to see the growth each week through their eyes.
THIS YEAR… we will be in our new Keek-Oche Farm Building! …with a parking lot! And a big porch for market! And more refrigeration! We are excited to make the Farm Market and CSA pick-up a better experience for YOU!

- Produce sales increased, yet again, in 2026!
- The produce stayed fresher with improved wash/pack measures and increased refrigeration.
- There was less produce waste this year. This extra produce was donated to the Elderly Center, Head Start, Mohican Family Center, and Ella Besaw Center.

We are exploring what our staff needs to do to expand our market hours and offering produce from off the farm (mushrooms, fruit, sweet corn, wild rice, maple syrup and more!) With our new facility, we are hoping to increase our planting of traditional foods since we now have the means to process these foods with a food safe, heated, facility! Barring a successful growing season, by 2027, we will be excited to share even more Mohican and Lenape foods for you. As always, we used last summer to develop a list of success and challenges to help in planning a Food Hub & Market Building at the farm. We truly thank you for being a part of each year’s growth at Keek-Oche/From the Earth Farm and are already looking forward to seeing you this season!
“Thank you for helping our tribe achieve heathy, culturally-relevant, environmentally-friendly food security!!!!”
“I appreciate all the work that goes into this program. You all do an excellent job providing fresh produce to the community at a very reasonable price. Well worth the cost.”
